Magellan Properties was founded in 1999 by Erik Fliedl and two more partners. Currently the company is run by Alex Newman and Erik Fliedl. 

Our office is located in the La Fuente commercial centre close to the entrances of the golf resorts of Las Ramblas and Campoamor.

We offer new properties and resales on the southern Costa Blanca, specializing in Las Ramblas Golf and surrounding areas in Orihuela Costa.
